Info and Returns Policy
All yarns are dyed to order. It will take between 2-4 weeks to ship.
Ball winding is a complimentary service on orders less than five skeins. Any wound skeins are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Discount codes are all on a time limit. Codes can't be applied to open orders. They also can't be applied after they have expired. If you've forgotten to apply an active discount code, contact me within 24 hours of placing the order and I will be apply the code to your order. All orders are shipped via USPS. If you'd like your yarn shipped by another method, please contact me prior to ordering and I will set up a custom order with the appropriate shipping charges.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
If you would like to return or exchange a yarn you've bought, please email Birchdyeworks@gmail.com to start a discussion within seven days of receiving the yarn.
Returned yarn must still be in it's original packaging, without damage or pet hair, and must not smell of anything other than the yarn. Balled yarn is not eligible for returns.
I will cover costs of shipping the yarn back, only if the skein has been deemed damaged upon reciept. Otherwise, you will cover costs to ship it back.
Custom orders and sale yarns are not eligible for return.
